Who we are and what we do
Bo Aviation Group LLC ("Bo Aviation") is an air charter broker registered in Wyoming, United States. We act as an authorized agent for our clients. We are not a direct air carrier, we do not own or operate aircraft, and we employ no flight crew. Every flight we arrange is performed by a duly licensed FAA Part 135 direct air carrier, or its foreign civil aviation authority equivalent, which retains full operational control of the flight at all times.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website or communicated in conversation are estimates. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in writing, and a booking is confirmed only when the operating carrier's conditions are met, which may include a signed charter agreement and payment in full. Availability, pricing, and aircraft assignment are subject to change until confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the trip information you provide and for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents, including passports and any visas or authorizations required by the destination. The operating carrier may refuse carriage to any person who does not meet identification, security, or safety requirements.
Limitation of liability
Because the operating carrier, and not Bo Aviation, performs and controls each flight, the carrier is responsible for the flight and for any claim arising out of it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bo Aviation's aggregate liability for any claim relating to a flight shall not exceed the brokerage fee actually earned by Bo Aviation on that flight, and Bo Aviation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
